  1. feet series - heel/ Toe/ second position (toe)/ lift & lower/ walking

  2. ball on back : chest stretch / abdo prep + criss & cross

  3. mid back series : plough / ob prep + leg extension / hundreds

  4. (B+Y) feet in straps - lift and lower / bend & stretch/ ABAD

  5. side standing series: ABAD/ pile out/ carriage leg press
