Class plan:

  1. Cat/Cow on floor - pushing carriage

  2. Standing on floor Cat/cow

  3. Cat /cow on reformer + Thread the needles

  4. Swimming Ball behind back: Abdo prep, Cris & cross

  5. Mid back - plough/ single leg stretch/ ob prep Single leg lift( bend one knee)

  6. Hip flexor stretch / Lounge and scooter ( on reformer/ on floor)

  7. Hamstring stretch

  8. Figure 4 stretch
