feedback : thigh getting stronger , looking strong (thick?) separately

used to be 2cm less

Class plan:

  1. blue, red - foot series: heel/toe/ Pilates feet/ second position

  2. Single leg - heel TT/ bicycle/ heel press

  3. bridge: roll up/ pulse/ leg extension/ hold (+ pelvic floor: squeeze and lift)

  4. feet in straps: lift & lower/ bend & stretch/ leg circles

  5. lunge/ Hamstring stretch on reformer

  6. cat /cow/ thread the needles (hand on foot bar)

  7. knee tap with ball in knee (hand on platform)

  8. knee tap to plank

  9. child pose / spinal rotation
