Class plan:
blue, red - foot series: heel/toe/ Pilates feet/ second position
Single leg - heel TT/ bicycle/ heel press
bridge: roll up/ pulse/ leg extension/ hold (+ pelvic floor: squeeze and lift)
feet in straps: lift & lower/ bend & stretch/ leg circles
lunge/ Hamstring stretch on reformer
cat /cow/ thread the needles (hand on foot bar)
knee tap with ball in knee (hand on platform)
knee tap to plank
child pose / spinal rotation
