🌲 Forest Rewards Terms & Conditions

• Rewards Points 於完成合資格消費或課程後發放。

• Cancelled / No-show 課程不獲取 Attendance Points。

• 使用 Rewards Points 兌換的免費課程不再產生 Attendance Points。

• $999 Unlimited Pass 不計算消費 Points，但完成課程仍可獲取 Attendance Points。

• Points 有效期為 12 個月。

• Points 不可兌換現金、轉讓或轉移至其他會員帳戶。

• Forest Studio 保留修改 Rewards Programme、Points 及兌換項目的權利，任何重大更改將提前通知會員。

1. 创始会员奖励

截至 2026年9月14日 已拥有 Forest VIP 会员资格的会员，在 Forest Rewards 正式推出后，将获得一次性的 「创始会员奖励（Founding Member Bonus）」：

• 🌿 Polished Forest 润森：200 Points

• 🌳 Premier Woods 臻木：300 Points

• 💎 Jade Forest：500 Points

2. 过往奖励积分

符合资格的现有会员，可追溯计算 2026年6月17日至2026年9月14日 期间的合资格消费及已完成课程，并获得相应的 Forest Rewards Points。

过往积分将按照 Forest Rewards 现行积分规则计算：

• 每消费 $100 = 10 Points

• Group Class = 10 Points

• Small Group = 20 Points

• Private 1:1 = 30 Points

所有追溯积分合计最高为每位会员 600 Points。

未使用的课程或现有 Package 不会提前转换为积分；会员在 Forest Rewards 推出后实际完成课程时，仍可按照正常规则获得相应积分。

3.Forest Legacy Recognition

為感謝長期陪伴 Forest Studio 的會員，凡於 2026 年 9 月 14 日或以前完成指定課堂里程碑的現有會員，可獲一次性 Forest Legacy Bonus。獎勵按會員歷史完成課堂數所達到的最高里程碑計算，不累加，並可與 Founding Member Bonus 同時獲得。

🌲 Forest Rewards Terms & Conditions

• Effective Date: 15 September 2026

  Forest Rewards is Forest Studio’s loyalty and rewards programme designed to recognise and encourage consistent participation, engagement and commitment to the Forest community.

  By participating in Forest Rewards, members agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. Eligibility

  1. Forest Rewards is available to eligible Forest Studio members, excluding classpass or other way to book.

  2. Rewards Points are linked to the individual member’s Forest Studio account and cannot be transferred to another person.

  3. Forest Studio may determine which memberships, classes, services or promotions are eligible to earn or redeem Rewards Points.

  2. How to Earn Rewards Points

  Members may earn Rewards Points through eligible spending, completed classes and selected VIP member activities.

  Eligible Spending

  Members earn:

  10 Rewards Points for every $100 of eligible spending.

  Eligible spending may include qualifying Forest Studio classes and services purchased directly from Forest Studio.

  The following do not earn spending-based Rewards Points:

  • $999 Unlimited Pass fees

  • Gift cards

  • Complimentary or promotional classes

  • Amounts refunded or reversed

  • Classes or services redeemed using Rewards Points

  • Other purchases specifically excluded by Forest Studio

  Where applicable, points are calculated based on the eligible transaction amount.

  3. Attendance Points

  Members earn additional Rewards Points when they complete eligible classes:

• Group Class - 10 Points

• Small Group Class - 20 Points

• Private 1:1 - 30 Points

  Attendance Points are awarded based on the class actually completed, not simply booked.

  Attendance Points are not awarded for:

  • Cancelled classes

  • No-shows

  • Classes that have not been attended

  • Classes cancelled in accordance with a refund or credit arrangement where the class is not completed

  4. Unlimited Passes

  Members using a Forest Studio Unlimited Pass, including the $999 Unlimited 12-Week Pass, may earn Attendance Points for completed eligible classes.

  However, the Unlimited Pass purchase itself does not earn spending-based Rewards Points.

  This means Unlimited members can continue to earn points by participating in classes, while the Unlimited Pass fee itself does not generate additional spending points.

  5. Complimentary & Promotional Classes

  Complimentary, promotional or gifted classes may still earn the applicable Attendance Points when the class is completed.

  However, complimentary or promotional classes do not qualify for additional spending-based Rewards Points.

  6. VIP Rewards

  Eligible VIP members may receive additional Rewards Points through selected VIP benefits.

  Weekly Share Bonus

  Members may earn additional points for qualifying weekly social media sharing:

  • 🍃 Fresh Grove: 50 Points

  • 🌿 Polished Forest: 65 Points

  • 🌳 Premier Woods: 85 Points

  • 💎 Jade Forest: 105 Points

  To qualify, the member must complete the sharing requirements specified by Forest Studio, including any required tagging or hashtag requirements.

  Forest Studio reserves the right to verify qualifying posts or submissions.

  Birthday Bonus

  Eligible VIP members may receive a birthday-month Rewards Bonus:

  • 🍃 Fresh Grove: 300 Points

  • 🌿 Polished Forest: 500 Points

  • 🌳 Premier Woods: 800 Points

  • 💎 Jade Forest: 1,200 Points

  Birthday Rewards are available once per membership year and are subject to the member maintaining an eligible VIP status at the time the reward is issued.

  7. Redeeming Rewards

  Members may redeem Rewards Points for eligible Forest Studio experiences.

  Current Redemption Options

  600 Points
  → 1 Free Group Class

  1,200 Points
  → 1 Free Small Group Class

  Forest Studio may introduce additional redemption options from time to time.

  Rewards are subject to availability and booking requirements.

  8. Redeemed Classes

  Classes redeemed using Rewards Points:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Cannot be transferred to another member

  • Cannot be converted into credit

  • Do not earn additional Rewards Points

  • Are subject to Forest Studio’s normal booking and cancellation policies

  Unless otherwise stated, a redeemed reward must be booked and used within the validity period specified by Forest Studio.

  9. Rewards Points Expiry

  Rewards Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

  Expired Points cannot be reinstated unless Forest Studio agrees otherwise.

  Members are responsible for checking their Rewards Points balance and expiry dates through the available Forest Studio membership system.

  10. Founding Member Bonus

  To recognise existing members who have supported Forest Studio prior to the launch of Forest Rewards, eligible VIP members will receive a one-time Founding Member Bonus.

  The Forest Rewards programme officially launches on:

  15 September 2026

  Eligible VIP members as of 14 September 2026 will receive:

  • 🍃 Fresh Grove — 100 Points

  • 🌿 Polished Forest — 200 Points

  • 🌳 Premier Woods — 300 Points

  • 💎 Jade Forest — 500 Points

  This bonus is a one-time recognition reward and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

  11. Retrospective Rewards for Existing Members

  To support a fair transition into Forest Rewards, eligible existing members may receive Rewards Points for qualifying activity completed during the 90-day period immediately prior to the programme launch:

  17 June 2026 – 14 September 2026

  Eligible activity will be calculated according to the Forest Rewards earning rules:

  • $100 eligible spend = 10 Points

  • Group Class = 10 Points

  • Small Group Class = 20 Points

  • Private 1:1 = 30 Points

  Maximum Retrospective Reward

  Retrospective Rewards Points are capped at:

  600 Points per member.

  Forest Studio may use its membership and booking records to determine eligible historical transactions and completed classes.

  12. Existing Packages & Unused Classes

  For packages purchased before the Forest Rewards launch:

  • Completed eligible classes before the launch may qualify for retrospective Rewards Points, subject to the 600-point cap.

  • Unused classes will not be converted into Rewards Points in advance.

  • Points will be earned when eligible classes are actually completed after the launch.

  • The purchase of an existing package does not automatically generate additional points for unused future classes.

  This ensures that Rewards Points are linked to actual participation rather than unused class credits.

  13. No Double Rewards

  Rewards Points cannot be awarded more than once for the same qualifying activity.

  For example, the same class cannot generate duplicate Attendance Points or duplicate promotional rewards.

  Where a promotion provides a separate bonus, Forest Studio will determine whether that bonus can be combined with other Rewards benefits.

  14. Refunds, Credits & Adjustments

  If a transaction that generated Rewards Points is subsequently refunded, cancelled, reversed or otherwise adjusted, Forest Studio may deduct the corresponding Points from the member’s Rewards balance.

  If Points have already been redeemed before the relevant transaction is refunded, Forest Studio may adjust the member’s Rewards balance accordingly.

  15. Cancellation & No-Show

  Rewards Points do not replace or override Forest Studio’s existing booking, cancellation and no-show policies.

  Members remain responsible for following the applicable cancellation requirements for Group Classes, Small Groups and Private Sessions.

  16. Points Are Not Cash

  Rewards Points:

  • Have no cash value

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Cannot be transferred

  • Cannot be sold

  • Cannot be purchased separately

  • Cannot be used as a general account credit

  • Cannot be transferred between member accounts

  Rewards Points are promotional loyalty benefits offered by Forest Studio.

  17. Membership Changes

  If a member changes their membership or VIP level, future VIP Rewards and benefits will be determined according to their current eligible membership level.

  Previously earned Rewards Points will generally remain in the member’s account, subject to the applicable expiry rules.

  18. Account Closure

  If a member’s Forest Studio account is permanently closed, any unused Rewards Points may be forfeited.

  Rewards Points cannot be transferred to another account following account closure.

  19. Program Changes

  Forest Studio may update, modify, suspend or discontinue aspects of the Forest Rewards Program from time to time, including:

  • Points earning rates

  • Redemption requirements

  • Available rewards

  • VIP benefits

  • Points expiry periods

  • Eligibility requirements

  Where a change materially affects existing member benefits, Forest Studio will provide reasonable notice where practicable.

  Points already validly earned will be treated in accordance with the Program terms applicable at the time of the relevant change, subject to any notice provided by Forest Studio.

  20. Errors & Unauthorised Activity

  Forest Studio reserves the right to correct any Rewards Points balance affected by:

  • System errors

  • Administrative errors

  • Duplicate points

  • Incorrect transactions

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Abuse or manipulation of the Rewards programme

  Forest Studio may suspend or cancel Rewards Points where there is reasonable evidence of misuse or abuse.

  21. Fair Use

  Forest Rewards is intended to recognise genuine participation in the Forest Studio community.

  Forest Studio may review activity that appears to be designed primarily to manipulate, abuse or circumvent the Rewards programme and may refuse, adjust or remove Rewards Points where appropriate.
